[This game was made for the GAMELABS JAM #1]

Controls

[Arrows] to move.

[Z] to undo.

[R] to reset.

Your goal is simple: reach the exit.

Unfortunately, you are a Pongoo.

A Pongoo is a strange little creature capable of changing into different forms. Each form moves differently, leaves different bits of itself behind, and is probably useful for something.

Probably.

You'll need to figure out which form belongs where, use your own body as a platform, and occasionally sacrifice one form to become another.

There are 12 handcrafted puzzle levels, each designed around the same simple question:

"What if I was a different Pongoo right now?"

Features

• 12 handcrafted puzzle levels

• Multiple Pongoo forms, each with their own movement quirks

• A body that doesn't always leave with you, because apparently Pongoo anatomy is optional

• Platforms made out of yourself, which is medically questionable but mechanically convenient

• Form-changing, because being one creature is apparently not enough

• Pushable objects, because every puzzle game needs something you can push

• A completely reasonable amount of nonsense

• Retro PuzzleScript visuals

• Ping

• Pong

• Bing

• Bong

Nobody knows what the Bingoo does.

Nobody knows what the Pingoo does.

Please do not ask.

The Pongoo will simply continue existing.

A Very Important Message

There is only one Pongoo.

Unless there are more.

Then there are several Pongoo.

Either way, do not lose the Pongoo.

If you do lose the Pongoo, become another Pongoo.

That's how Pongoo works.

Ping pong.

Bing bong.

Pongoo.

Thanks for playing.

Nice.  Satisfying to figure out.

Thanks for joining and submitting a game for this jam! I really like the game, especially the SFX and other details. The graphics fit the theme really well. The game was a little hard, but I like hard games, so I enjoyed it!
